RE TURNS & REFUND POLICY

Whilst we are truly confident you will love your artificial flower purchase, we do offer a full refund or exchange (excluding initial freight charge and return freight charge) within 7 days of delivery. (Note: International orders cannot be returned)

Condition of returned items:

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and well protected for transit. We cannot accept responsibility for damage sustained in return transit due to inadequate packaging. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

Returns Process:​

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery of the item, at monica@meadowandtea.co.nz

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (or an exchange) within 7 days after receiving the returned product.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

​

No returns or refunds on sale items, custom and bespoke designs or wedding orders.​
